Lou & Stuff have got their holiday hats on again and come up with a cracking option for Mexico next March – arguably the best time ever to dive in Mexico.
Travelling with Thomson on their wonderful Dreamliner aircraft to Riviera Maya (on Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula), you can choose to do nothing but sip cocktails on tropical white-sand beaches. However, you can also do so much more. Mayan ruins, eco parks, world-class diving – they’re all on offer along this 30-kilometre stretch of coastline.
We will be travelling from Birmingham on direct flights to Cancun, and stopping for 11 nights at the Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal by Don Pablo Collection (try saying that after a few Tequilas) for the bargain price of circa £1,356pp (subject to change).
This resort is ideally placed for diving local dive sites, the cenotes or even a day trip to Cozumel. The hotel price is on an all Inclusive, yes ALL INCLUSIVE basis but doesn’t include diving which is estimated to be in the region of $500 US for 10 dives. Once we have an idea of numbers we can look into this further and see if the dive centre will do a bespoke package for us, but at least it is a starter for 10.
This price is subject to change until the deposits are paid (albeit not by much) as the holiday company won’t hold the price for any more than a day. However, if there are more than 12 of us then we would get a discount (more money in the pot for Tequila!!), so it really is the more the merrier!! To secure your place a deposit of only £125 per person is needed and needs to be paid by no later than Friday 1st September.
