The level 3 Open Circuit rescue programme is an important and crucial step in expanding your knowledge and experience beyond a purely recreational level.
This unique course builds confidence and ability, providing the skills and knowledge to help you better understand how to respond safely and efficiently to surface and underwater emergencies to a maximum depth of 40 metres/132 feet.
This Level provides you with a world wide recognised diver certification to be able to dive Open Circuit in a safe and concise way, but that is not all you also get the NITROX and DEEP diver certification in addition so you get three certifications in one course!
This programme is broken into two sections.
The First is the theory or academic section, which any person may take and complete, followed by the Second Section which is the practical session where you can learn with an Instructor the underwater skills necessary for this level of training and complete your certification.
When you purchase this programme on-line you are effectively purchasing the access for 6 months to the theoretical content, knowledge reviews and exam for this level of diver training, which consists of download PDF manual/s /documents with about 153 pages of detailed information broken into 9 sections covering the following subjects
You receive a wealth of information and knowledge which Instructor lead lectures only or short video could not provide in a limited time period generally offered, so you learn more with RAID. Provided you complete the course within the 6 month period, this constantly updated information is available to you on an on-going basis, providing you with an invaluable library of constantly updated information.

Documented proof of prerequisite requirements needs to be presented to the appointed Dive Centre for approval prior to any in water training.
In order to complete the course, you will complete 4 confined water training dives in our heated pool, followed by 3 scenarios completed in open water.
To be certified, you must have completed a minimum of 5 hours logged underwater training time.
To be certified, you must confirm that you have mastered all the in water skills and be signed off on-line, by both you and your instructor.
Certification is completed by us on completion of the on-line sign off.
