PURPOSE OF THE COURSE
The course is designed to train you to have commendable diving skills, positive attitude, sound rescue skills, professional level of general diving knowledge, dive supervision and organisational abilities in the safe use and technology of open circuit diving (air & Nitrox) with no decompression to a maximum depth of 40 metres/132 feet.
This demanding Level provides you with a world wide recognised diver leader certification to be able to dive Open Circuit in a safe and concise way and is equivalent to other agencies assistant instructor level.
This programme is broken into two sections.
The First is the theory or academic section, which any person may take and complete, followed by the Second Section which is the practical session where you can learn with an Instructor the underwater skills necessary for this level of training and complete your certification.
When you purchase this programme on-line you are effectively purchasing the access for 6 months to the theoretical content, knowledge reviews and exam for this level of diver training, which consists of download PDF manual/s /documents with about 153 pages of detailed information broken into 9 sections covering the following subjects

Documented proof of prerequisite requirements needs to be presented to the Dive Centre for approval prior to any in water training.
The training is structured to allow you to work alongside our team of Instructors, developing your confined and open water skills as you go. The total number of dives required will depend on your existing levels of experience, the time you can commit to the course and your ability to learn.
To be certified, you must have completed a minimum of 6 hours logged underwater training time.
To be certified, you must confirm that you have mastered all the in water skills and be signed off on-line, by both you and your instructor.
Certification is completed by us on completion of the on-line sign off.
